» DJI Care Refresh can be bound to a DJI aircraft when it meets one of the following criteria:
• Brand new and un-activated aircraft.
• Aircraft activated within the last 48 hours.
• Repaired in an official DJI Service Center (within 72 hours of receiving email invitation)
• Want to purchase DJI Care Refresh, but your product was activated over 48 hours ago? Visit https://repair.dji.com/en/djicare/customerupload to learn more about Video-Verification.
• After DJI Care Refresh is purchased, your service agreement will be sent to you via email. DJI Care Refresh will be bound to your product automatically and come into effect within 24 hours. If you have a DJI Care Refresh activation card, visit https://www.dji.com/cz/service/djicare-refresh/info#faq to learn how to bind it to your product.
• DJI Care Refresh and the corresponding product must be purchased from the same country or region since the benefits provided by DJI Care Refresh are only eligible in the region where it was purchased.
• Each time you request a replacement, you’ll receive a replacement unit that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability. For DJI Mavic 3 Cine, the first DJI Care Refresh replacement fee is 239 €, while the second replacement is 289 €. If you use the replacement available for Flyaway Coverage*, the replacement fee will be 1139€.
* To ensure that your Aircraft can enjoy Flyaway replacement service, please bind your DJI account and device with the aircraft in advance through the app. Flyaway replacement service cannot be used if the account or device was not bound before the flyaway incident
